Sole Mate Social Run - Everybody Welcome!

Come and join us on a Tuesday evening at 6pm, on our social run.

Everybody welcome, nobody gets left behind, non runners are encouraged, we will walk if we need to, it is NOT a problem!!

We're a friendly bunch and love to meet new people!

Mental Health Support

The reason Sole Mate was established was to enable as many people as possible to reap the benefits on both your physical and mental health, through running.

We now have access to a psycho therapist that bases herself from the shop on a Friday. We will also be running events and workshops through our Community Interest Company, "Mind and Sole Mate"
