Be prepared this autumn / winter!

There is nothing worse than being out on a run and the weather changes, for the better or worse. You're over dressed and you ned to take layers off, but where do you put them? No hydration vest with few litres of storage? No running belt?

Under dressed, and the rain starts? where do you pull that emergency waterproof jacket from? where do you keep your hat? or the foil blanket and bivvy you needed for the mandatory kit list.

Additional layers, base layers, storage, emergency or mandatory items such as a whistle, compass, foil blankets, first aid kits are so vitally important when you need them. They're your insurance policy!

Depending on the time of year, can mean different levels of storage, so maybe a 1L or 3L waist belt from Montane and Ronhill may suffice in the winter to keep your phone and windproof jacket, in the winter, Salomon, OMM or Montane vests may be the required level of storage to keep your water proof trousers, jacket, gloves, hat etc
